My Afya Card is an innovative healthcare management system designed to modernize and streamline the monitoring of HIV patients in Tanzania. This digital platform empowers hospitals and health facilities to efficiently manage patient information, track health progress, and enhance the quality of care provided to HIV patients.

In Tanzania, HIV patients traditionally rely on hard copy cards to record their medical information, which they must carry from hospital to hospital. This outdated method poses several challenges, including the stigma associated with HIV, the risk of losing critical health data, and the inconvenience of managing physical documents. My Afya Card addresses these issues by providing a secure, digital solution that enhances patient privacy, improves data accuracy, and facilitates better healthcare delivery.
